Cheesy Garlic Bread with Queso Blanco Cheese

Original Recipe from ; Modified for The Metabolism Miracle/ The Diabetes Miracle


1 Great Low Carb Bread Company ( sub roll, cut lengthwise
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic minced
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup grated Queso Blanco


In a small microwaveable bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt and parsley.
Heat in the microwave until butter is melted and infused with the flavor of garlic.
Assemble sub roll (sliced length-wise) on a parchment lined baking tray.
Spread garlic butter mixture over each baguette.
Top with grated Queso Blanco
Bake in the over at 400ºFfor about 8 minutes or until bread is brown on the edges and cheese has melted.
Cut into pieces before serving.
