This little addition to your water can make it much easier to get your 8 glasses in a day! Very refreshing with a clean, minty taste.
Makes 8 cups
1 fresh cucumber, thinly sliced
3 spearmint leaves
8 cups of water
Add cucumber and spearmint leaves to water and chill for at least 4 hours. Great drink to have anytime. Some might like to remove the cucumbers and spearmint leaves by straining the water prior to drinking.
