I like to toast the bread and add whipped butter or any of my sandwich favorites like natural peanut butter, tuna or egg salad, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and on and on.

My personal recommendation is to start with 1 slice/day for one week and then increase to 2 slices/day thereafter.
