Donuts are a classic treat that are perfect for breakfast, dessert, and any time in between. Unfortunately, most donuts are deep fried, full of sugar, and white flour. That’s far from the best way to get your day started on the right foot. Instead, kick your morning (or night) off the smarter way and opt for this sugar-free, baked donut recipe!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Zevia Cola
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp stevia
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

Combine Cola, coconut oil, and eggs in a bowl and mix
Add in coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, stevia, and baking powder and gently mix in until thick
Pour mixture in a donut pan

Melt chocolate of choice and dip donut in chocolate
Top with pecans, walnuts, or your topping of choice
