Frozen flavored Greek Yogurt. (like Dannon’s  Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt in strawberry flavor)

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Fill a small plastic sandwich bag with the 5.3 ounce  flavored Greek yogurt

  1. Cut off one bottom corner of the yogurt filled sandwich bag
  2. Use the sandwich bag like a pastry bag …the kind you use for writing with icing on a cake…
  3. Make tiny “dots” on the parchment paper
  4. Put the parchment lined tray of “dots” into the freezer for about 30 minutes
  5. Remove from freezer and place frozen “dots” in a freezer bag.
  6. Store frozen bites in the freezer
  7. One 5.3 ounce container of Greek Yogurt makes about 60 “dots”
