This Low Carb Cranberry Sauce has only 3 ingredients. Top with Redi Whip and prepare for low carb joy!

Regular canned cranberry sauce contains a boatload of sugar;  ten times the carbohydrate grams of the following recipe!  Canned cranberry sauce has about 26 grams net carb per serving while this recipe contains just 2.5 grams per 1/4 cup.

Put 1/2 cup in a dessert cup/bowl and top with Redi-Whip and you have a cool/tangy/sweet 5 gram counter carb!   Delish AND healthy as cranberries are loaded with antioxidants.

Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

Serves 6- 8  (1/4 cup per serving)

Ingredients:

1-12 ounce package of fresh cranberries

1 cup water

1 cup Splenda or Stevia

Directions

Combine Splenda or Stevia and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil; add cranberries, return to boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

1/4 cup has 2.5 grams net carb

1/2 cup has 5.0 grams net carb
