Carbage….Get Used to Hearing this New Word. It May Change the Way YOU Lose Weight and Get Healthy

CARBAGE…A New Word for America’s Vocabulary.   Remember Where You Heard it First.  Carbage refers to meals that exceed a maximum of 45 grams of carbohydrate for women and 60 grams for men. These are considered maximum carb allotments at meals.

Carbage (excessive carbohydrate consumption) is a leading cause of obesity and type 2 diabetes. The majority of people who struggle with weight have a metabolic issue with carbohydrate.  They are genetically predisposed to release excess fat gain hormone; insulin, in response to carbohydrate foods.

Follow me @DianeKress on Twitter. Every day I will release 2 “CARBage alerts” like these:

Rita’s large chocolate Gelati with cream ice = 124 grams of carb

Cinnabon, Classic Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll =127 grams total carb
