Huge Admission by the ADA puts The Metabolism Miracle at the forefront as THE diet for treating metabolic syndrome AND preventing/treating type 2 diabetes!!!!

I am calling it a Christmas Miracle!  In the December, 2010 edition of the  Journal of the American Dietetic Association, the ADA finally publishes findings that a diet based on low glycemic index and low glycemic load will help those with metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes!
This might not be news for the thousands of people around the world  who already follow the Metabolism Miracle…..but the ADA has finally admitted that a program that focuses on the right type of carbohydrate in the right amount DOES WORK and the Metabolism Miracle is that program!  The one piece they have yet to recognize (but they will…’s taken many years for this recognition) is the appropriate timing of carbohydrate throughout the day and night.  But have faith, two out of three is ain’t bad…the wheels of change are SLOW to move and we have made them move as The Metabolism Miracle works and there is not stopping it now!
And so, I stand before you on December 9, 2010  and proclaim…….Here Ye Here Ye…..The American Dietetic Association has recognized that a low glycemic index, low glycemic load diet is advantageous for treating metabolic syndrome and preventing/treating type 2 diabetes.  Before they release “their” diet…..let it be known that this theory and diet have been available since April, 2009, world-wide, in The Metabolism Miracle!
